PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aromatic agent dissipating container capable of preventing the wasteful consumption of an aromatic agent, and rapidly supplying the aromatic agent in a container body. SOLUTION: The aromatic agent dissipating container is equipped with a flow rate regulating cylinder 10 having a length in which one end is fitted the an inner face of a neck 4 of a container body for storing an aromatic agent in a liquid-tight manner, and suspended in the container body, and the other end is brought close to a container body bottom wall 6, a storing cylinder 40 which is formed of inner and outer double peripheral topped walls while an inner peripheral wall 41 is fitted to the outer surface of the container body neck 4, and an opening 43 for dissipating an aroma is formed in an outer peripheral wall 42, and an impregnation-vaporization material 50 for the impregnation and vaporization of the aromatic agent stored in the storing cylinder 40. By inverting the container body, the aromatic agent in the flow rate regulating cylinder 10 is impregnated in an impregnation-vaporization material 50, and the length of the flow rate regulating cylinder 10 is determined to a dimension so that its other end is constantly higher than the level of the aromatic agent when the container body is inverted.
