PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polypropylene-based foam film compatible with heat resistance and heat sealability. SOLUTION: The foam film comprises a laminate of a core layer and both sides thereof with a skin layer; and a polypropylene polymer as a main component that the skin layer is not substantially foamed, and the core layer has physical properties of the following (1) to (3) in which (1) a melt flow rate is 0.1 to 20 g/10 min., (2) a melting point Tm measured using a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) is 147 to 159°C, and a half value of width HW of a melt peak and the Tm measured using the differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) satisfy a relation of 1.54≤((188-Tm)/5)-Hw≤1.86.
