PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of belt elongation and dust generation in a belt driving type, backlash in a gear driving type and heavy weight unsuitable for high-speed operation, in conventional rotary workpiece transfer devices. SOLUTION: This rotary workpiece transfer device is provided with first and second rotary tables 11, 12 rotated around first and second axial lines Y1, Y2; transmission arms 16 connecting the first and second rotary tables 11, 12 with each other via first and second transmission shafts 17, 18; and workpiece receiving tables 14 provided at upper ends of the first transmission shafts 17 penetrating through the first rotating table 11. Along with the rotation and driving of the first rotary table 11, the second rotary table 12 is driven and rotated via the transmission arms 16 and the first and second transmission shafts 17, 18 positioned at both ends of the transmission arms 16. Along with the driven rotation, while the directions of the transmission arms 16 and the workpiece receiving tables 14 are kept fixed, the workpiece receiving tables 14 are revolved around the first axial line Y1, so as to supply/take out workpieces to/from the workpiece receiving tables 14.
