PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the tip structure of a drift pin driving machine where the physical burden on a drift pin driving operator is reduced, and further, a drift pin (D) can be stably and correctly driven, and to provide a driving machine which copes with shifts in the upper/lower direction and the right/left directions caused by the impulse of a blow, and can deeply drive a drift pin as well. SOLUTION: The tip structure of a drift pin driving machine is equipped with: a snap (20) driving a drift pin; and a guide (30) engaged to the snap (20) so as to be dislocated in the cross directions, holding the drift pin. The whole length dimensions (L) of the guide (30) and the whole length dimensions (l) of the head part (21) of the snap (20) are almost made the same, and the projecting positions of the front edge face (21a) of the snap (20) and the front edge face (31a) of the guide (30) to the front direction are almost the same.
