PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device capable of excellently sucking up cleaning liquid even in a floor-set type one with a large height difference between a tank and a nozzle. SOLUTION: The cleaning device is provided with: a bypass line 30 connecting the outlet of a first pump 12 to the inlet of a second pump 14; and a flow line switching means (three-way valves 32A, 32B) for controlling a communication state of the bypass line 30 and a communication state of the bypass line 30 with the cleaning liquid tank side 16A of a cleaning liquid discharge line 16 and the waste liquid tank side 18A of a waste liquid suction line 18. The communication state of the line from the cleaning liquid discharge line 16 to the waste liquid suction line 18 via the bypass line 30 is controlled by the flow line switching means, and both of driving force by the first pump 12 and driving force by second pump 14 are applied to the direction of sucking the cleaning liquid, to thereby enhance the lift capacity of the cleaning liquid.
