MONITORING SYSTEM IMPLEMENTED WITH THE HSDPA PROTOCOL AND METHOD THEREOF

A monitoring system implemented with the HSDPA protocol and a method thereof are provided. The monitoring system includes at least one digital camera and at least one remote server. The digital camera outputs an alarm message in a dial-up manner when an alarm image is detected by the digital camera. The remote server then captures monitored data corresponding to the alarm message from a storage unit in the digital camera with the high speed downlink packet access (HSDPA) protocol.
