Chemical reaction cassette (1) comprises an elastic body (11, 12) with a section for a cassette and a number of chambers and a flow path for connecting the chambers for receiving a solution. The elastic body has elastic body layers which are vertically layered and the chambers and the flow path are provided between an upper elastic body layer and a lower elastic body layer. The elastic layer is arranged on one surface of a substrate (13) made from hard material. Preferred Features: The substrate is formed on a lower surface of the lower layer of the elastic body by a concave section.
