The motor has a housing (1) in the form of a rectilinear conduit, and a dummy disc and a delivery opening (7) on corresponding sides of the conduit. Grid electrodes (3) are diagonally arranged over the conduit at a distance from each other. Electrodes (4, 5) closely lie on an inner surface of the housing and on inner side of the disc, respectively. The electrode (5) has an inlet opening (6) in the form of a blunted ball, where the electrodes are not galvanically connected with each other. A powder from solid, dry, electrically conductive particles with nano-sizes is used as working material.
