摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid polymer fuel cell capable of guiding water condensed in a reaction gas passage of an oxidizer electrode water permeation plate or a fuel electrode water permeation plate promptly into a coolant passage. <P>SOLUTION: An oxidizer gas passage is formed by ribs 1 and grooves 2 on an oxidizer electrode water permeation plate A. A coolant passage edge portion 4 is installed protruding in a direction crossing at right angles the gas passage at a portion corresponding to an entrance and an exit of the oxidizer gas passage on a face on the opposite side of the oxidizer gas passage. A fuel gas passage is formed by ribs 7 and grooves 8 on a fuel electrode water permeation plate B. A coolant passage edge portion 10 is installed protruding in a direction crossing at right angles the gas passage at a portion corresponding to an entrance and an exit of the fuel gas passage on a face on the opposite side of the fuel gas passage. These coolant passage edge portions 4, 10 have same height. A water permeation plate assembly C is formed by superposing the oxidizer electrode water permeation plate A and the fuel electrode water permeation plate B, and a coolant passage 6 surrounded by the coolant passage edge portions 4, 10 is formed between the water permeation plates A, B. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
