PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door mirror turn lamp device capable of enhancing the forward visibility at low cost.

SOLUTION: In the door mirror turn lamp device, a lens member 11 having a lower part of an outermost part of a door mirror 6 is provided to be turned from a side part of the door mirror 6 to a front part, a guide part 15 for guiding a part of the signal light incident on a lens part 11a of the outermost part of the lens member 11 to a front side lens part 11b is formed, and an emitting part 18 emitting the guided signal light forward is formed on the front lens part 11a. The signal light R2 can be flashed even at each part of a lower part of a front side of the door mirror 6 without using a plurality of light sources. The visibility from a forward side of the vehicle can be enhanced thereby.
