<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double wall cooking container which has both the adiabatic capacity and the cooking capability. <P>SOLUTION: The double wall cooking container consists of an inside receptacle and an outside receptacle and has a distance for hermetically sealed thermal insulation between the inside receptacle and the outside receptacle. The inside receptacle is of a lamination mechanism and has a laminating layer which faces the distance for the hermetically sealed thermal insulation and substantially transmits heat, and the lamination mechanism also attains to the side face of the inside receptacle. The material of the outside of the inside receptacle is of superior material of the inside in heat transfer capability. According to this mechanism, even though the temperature becomes uniform during a cooking process, loss of heat after cooking becomes minimal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
