PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an asbestos treatment agent for curing and detoxifying asbestos to make it easy to remove it, an asbestos treatment method using it and an asbestos treatment apparatus for curing and detoxifying asbestos using the asbestos treatment agent to make it easy to transport and recycle it. SOLUTION: Asbestos is coated and impregnated with the asbestos treatment agent comprising an alkali solution of silica or a silicate solution containing ammonium ions to be cured and detoxified to be made easy to remove. Further, the alkali solution of silica or the silicate solution containing ammonium ions and asbestos are charged or cured and detoxified asbestos is charged to be ground by a rotary blade, a drum or a bowl to be made easy to transport and recycle.
