PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite nonwoven fabric for patch having anchoring effect to a pressure sensitive adhesive containing medicaments, barrier character which reduces dissipation of the medicaments accompanied with evaporation, and reducing absorption of the medicaments as a base fabric for patch. SOLUTION: The composite nonwoven fabric for patch comprises a polyester film with at least 6μm of thickness and a fiber web comprising undrawn polyester fibers thermally bonded on at least one side of the film to form the nonwoven fabric layer, wherein the nonwoven fabric layer has not more than 3.0×10<SP>-2</SP>(J/cm<SP>2</SP>) of heat of crystallization per unit area.
