PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an acceleration performance for responding to the acceleration expectation of a driver by representing an effective elongation feeling (a maintenance feeling of acceleration) by an incremental correction of a target driving force. SOLUTION: This driving force control device of a vehicle has a driving force command map 1a for setting the target driving force of the vehicle corresponding to a driving force request of the driver, and controls an engine for driving a driving wheel of the vehicle in response to the target driving force, and has a changeover switch 1d detecting an acceleration intention of the driver, a driving force command map 1b setting an acceleration time target driving force of correcting the target driving force in the increasing direction when detecting the acceleration intention of the driver, a driving force correction adding part 1f setting an increase rate of the driving force based on at least one of a vehicle speed and an acceleration opening, and an adder 1g making a correction for increasing the driving force of the vehicle toward the acceleration time target driving force based on the increase rate.
