PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable side-ditch block improvable in productivity with simple form structure regarding the variable side-ditch block having a frame body at the opening peripheral edge of a top wall. SOLUTION: The variable side-ditch block 1 is formed in portal shape and provided with an opening 4 in the top wall 3. The variable side-ditch block 1 has a block body 11 formed of concrete, and the frame body 12 constituting the peripheral edge of the opening 4 and capable of placing a side-ditch cover. The variable side-ditch block 1 is molded using a concrete-molded form 20 so as to be vertically as it is (i.e. in a portal attitude), and an upper face 3a of the top wall 3 is formed as a molded top face T opened from the form 20.
