PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of X-ray equipment having a function of automatically setting conditions for radiography by finding the conditions for radiography from a radiography code transmitted from a diagnosis/treatment department via an in-hospital network and a correspondence table previously stored in the equipment, wherein an operator of the X-ray equipment has to set the optimum conditions for radiography manually each time because the X-ray equipment can not read a newly added radiography code which is not stored in the correspondence table in the hospital if the newly added radiography code is transmitted to the X-ray equipment via the in-hospital network. SOLUTION: If a radiography code which is not stored in the correspondence table in a memory 17 is newly added and is transmitted to the X-ray equipment 3 via the in-hospital network 2, the operator of the X-ray equipment 3 sets the necessary conditions for radiography only once and performs the radiography. Then, a control part 4 automatically adds the relation between the new radiography code and the manually set conditions for radiography to the correspondence table. As a result, if the radiography code is transmitted again thereafter, the conditions for radiography are automatically set by the control part 4. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
