PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost tea rotating drying device being itself a small scale, capable of processing a large amount, having a mechanism that is easy, and that is easy to operate. SOLUTION: A drum-like can column device has driven rollers 201 which makes drums place and freely rotate, a driving roller 30 which drives the rollers, and a transmitting means which drives the driven rollers of both the sides of the driving roller. The transmitting means rotates many drums simultaneously through performing driving in the vertical and horizontal directions with single driving and driven rollers. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
