PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently producing a polyphenol glycoside with multiple glucoses bound in sequence. SOLUTION: The method for producing the polyphenol glycoside (D), represented, for example, by chemical formula (1) (wherein, n is a positive integer of≥1), comprises makingγ-cyclodextrin glucanotransferase act on a compound (B) with one molecule of glucose bound to a phenolic hydroxy group of a polyphenol compound (A) and a glycodonor (C), i.e. at least one selected from the group consisting ofα-cyclodextrin,β-cyclodextrin andγ-cyclodextrin.
