A hardening layer construction method and device therefor are provided to form a hardening layer securely in the predetermined range under the ground by injecting high pressure jet in two directions. A hardening layer construction method includes the steps of: inserting a rod(1) with nozzles into a ground, wherein a diameter, injection direction, and injection pressure of the nozzles are set individually; and pulling off the rod or rocking the rod at a predetermined angle while injecting water, hardening material liquid, air containing water, or hardening material liquid jet from each nozzle to form a hardening layer(8) in the ground including stones, pebbles and underground obstacles. One or more upper and lower nozzles(2,3) are installed at a tip of the nozzle. A jet(6) from the upper nozzle liquefies the lower part and the peripheral part of the ground including stones, pebbles and underground obstacles(7). A jet from the lower nozzle liquefies the upper part and the peripheral part of the ground including the stones, the pebbles and the underground obstacles. |
