<p>At a PCI step, a positional misalignment in a vulcanizer between a mold and a raw tire is grasped and fed back in real time to a raw tire supply apparatus, so that the misalignment is automatically corrected. During a post-cure inflation of a vulcanized tire (T), the PRO value of the same tire is measured, and the measured PRO value is compared with a preset reference value. When the measured PRO value exceeds the reference value, a control signal is outputted to the supply apparatus for supplying the raw tire to the vulcanizing apparatus. On the basis of the control signal, the raw tire supply apparatus makes the positional correction of the raw tire vulcanizing apparatus with respect to a mold, that is, the position and angle of raw tire gripping means, thereby to adjust the alignment and parallelism of the raw tire with respect to the mold.</p> |
