A cosmetic tool for cleaning nail, toenail, and horny substance and a manufacturing method for the same are provided to remove a need of separate micro-grinding through excellent cutting performance and to allow repeated using through its wash-ability. A cosmetic tool for cleaning nail, toenail, and horny substance comprises: a board shaped base plate; multiple indented groove parts(4) and flat surface parts(5) around the indented grooves established on the board shaped base plate, which have repeated uneven patterns alternating each other in longitudinal and lateral directions; cutting blades(6) formed on borders where the indented grooves and the flat surfaces meet each other. |
