Method of establishing a communication between terminals on a medium chosen by the called person and associated helping systems

The method involves integrating a set of data, defining a media group that a calling terminal (T1) is utilized for communication, in a request message for establishment, and identifying a set of media groups defined by the set of data by using identifiers during the reception of the request message for establishing the calling terminal and a called terminal (T2) displayed on a screen (EC), such that the called terminal selects one of identifiers and the caller, and called terminals establish the communication between the terminals on a medium based on communication parameters. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a device for assisting a communication establishment between caller and called communication terminals (2) a device for assisting a communication establishment between caller and called communication terminals.
