A ventilating apparatus for a vehicle is provided to store external air in an air tank to perform ventilation control in an outdoor air mode when the external air is clean, and to switch the outdoor air mode into an indoor air mode when the contamination of the external air is increased. A ventilating apparatus for a vehicle comprises an air tank(10), an outdoor air quality sensor(20), and an indoor air quality sensor(30). The air tank is provided in the vehicle to compress and store external air and supply the air to the interior of the vehicle. The outdoor air quality sensor measures the contamination of the external air. The indoor air quality sensor measures the contamination of air of the interior of the vehicle. A ventilation controller(40) controls the air tank to store the air and supply the air to the interior of the vehicle according to the measured contamination of the outdoor and indoor air.
