Multi-wavelength light variable delay units (305a), 305b) convert wavelength of an optical signal and make the optical signal whose wavelength has been converted pass through a distribution compensation fiber in which an optical signal transmission delay is continuously changed according to the wavelength, thereby adjusting the transmission delay difference between the 0-system and 1-system optical signals. Delay amount variable distribution compensation units (306a, 306b) compensate degradation of the optical signal waveform while maintaining the adjusted transmission delay difference. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent degradation of the optical signal and continuously adjust the transmission delay difference of the optical signal transmitted via the redundant 0-system and 1-system route. |
