A method for variably controlling the speed of a motor of an incar sensor according to an exhaust mode of an air conditioning system for a vehicle is provided to maintain a comfortable state in a vehicle by efficiently controlling air conditioning even when the amount and speed of air introduced into an incar sensor. A method for variably controlling the speed of a motor(21) of an incar sensor(20) according to an exhaust mode of an air conditioning system for a vehicle comprises a step of determining an exhaust mode of an air conditioning system by an air conditioning controller(100). A driving speed of the motor of the incar sensor is set to a plurality of preset driving speeds according to an exhaust mode. A driving voltage of the motor is controlled such that the driving speed of the motor reaches a corresponding driving speed based on the determined exhaust mode. Different driving voltages are selected relative to at least two exhaust modes.
