This invention is related to taping device that adhere cover tape to the boundary of the multicolor painting on the case using head unit. The unique feature of this product is that it contains; the die (12) which load the above case (C) and on each side, the jig (10) which is equipped with the detector bar (14) and the sensor bar (16) with the first, second detector (14a)(14a')((16a)(16a'); the variable table (20)(20') with the fist guide rail (24) on a fleet which is located in the vicinity of the above jig (10)'s outside and they are held on their position with the transportation rod (22) and the variable device by transferring it with organic mutuality and clamp device hold it tight; the supplement table (30) which has stalked second rail (33) in the inner direction and the first guide rail (24) of the above variable table (20)(20!) for the straight transfer; and the transferring table (40) equipped on the second guide rail (33) of the above supplement table (30) which is loaded with head unit (H) that makes it move up and down over load rod (48a) and the first, second sensors (44)(46) in the front. Hereupon, the automation of the existing hand operation taping facility of taping cover tape on the boundaries of multicolor painted case by the taping device, the productivity increases and labor cost decreases. This decreases a unit cost therefore it can raise a market competitive power. |
