PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data collecting and managing system for quickly and accurately transmitting abnormality arising in a game machine inside a hall to a maker. SOLUTION: The data collecting and managing system is provided with: a game control circuit 100 provided in each game machine and for controlling the operation of the game machine according to a game program; a hall server 500 connected to each game machine; and maker servers 600a and 600b connected to the hall server 500 and managed by the maker providing the game machine. The hall server 500 includes a hall server CPU 520 for performing the control of collecting the operation data of the game controller 100 in each game machine and the control of transmitting the collected operation data to the maker servers managed by the maker providing the game machine which has generated the operation data.
