APPARATUS FOR RECOGNIZING ELECTRONIC PARTS OF CHIP MOUNTER

PURPOSE: A component recognition device of a part-mounter is provided to accurately mount parts on an electronic circuit substrate by compensating errors between an ideal pattern and a distorted pattern. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of nozzles(10-1~10-6) mount parts(20-1~20-6) on an electronic circuit substrate. A teaching camera(50) outputs the visions of the parts mounted on the electronic circuit substrate. A video processing unit gets an image of parts absorbed through a plurality of nozzles. An error computation and correction unit computes and compensates the error of distorted image due to a lens. A controlling unit(500) controls the location of parts by changing the location of a plurality of nozzles.
