PURPOSE: A PCR(Polymerase Chain Reaction) chamber and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the throughput of DNA amplification by stably reducing a temperature rise/fall time by integrating a heat sink as a control mass for constantly maintaining a temperature inside a PCR chamber. CONSTITUTION: A PCR chamber includes an upper substrate(10), a heat sink(20), and a lower substrate(30). The heat sink is positioned on the lower side of the upper substrate, and includes a chamber unit(24) for loading a sample, and a first heater. The lower substrate is positioned on the lower side of the heat sink.
