PURPOSE: A device for protecting cultural assets from fire is provided to safely protect the principal cultural assets by immediately transferring the cultural assets to an underground special room composed of heat-resistant wall surface. CONSTITUTION: A device for protecting cultural assets from fire comprises: a supporting board(120) in which the cultural assets are placed; a hydraulic cylinder(122) which vertically moves the supporting board to the top and bottom; an underground special room(100) which protects the cultural assets placed in the supporting board when the hydraulic cylinder descends; a fire sensor(150); a fire prevention door which is included on the upper surface of the underground special room; and a control panel(130) in which a fire occurrence signal is transmitted from the fire sensor and which perpendicularly operates the hydraulic cylinder and opens and closes the fire prevention door.
