DISTORTION PREDICTING SYSTEM FOR HOT FORMING OF CURVED PLATE AND METHOD OF THE SAME

PURPOSE: A system and a method for predicting deformation of a hot working of a curved plate are provided to predict a deformed shape using hot wire information even for a curved member. CONSTITUTION: A system for predicting deformation of a hot working of a curved plate comprises a measuring unit(10), an isotropic plane controller(20), a hot wire controller(30), and a volume shape calculation unit(50). The measuring unit generates a measuring value by measuring a curved plane. The isotropic plane controller changes the measuring value, and projects to an isotropic plane. Information of a hot wire is input to the hot wire controller. The hot wire controller displays a heat influenced area in the isotropic plane using the hot wire information. And the hot wire controller sets-up sections by dividing the depths of the curved plane. The volume shape calculation unit generates a volume shape value of the heat influenced area.
