PURPOSE: A power supply unit and a method of supplying power are provided to satisfy a regulation property by controlling a driving compensation circuit without adding a control IC. CONSTITUTION: A rectifier(11) rectifies AC power into DC power. A standby power supply unit(12) supplies drive power from the outputted DC power. A first controller controls the DC power from the rectifier to reach a normal voltage. A transformer converts the outputted DC power to the secondary output voltage. A feedback circuit(14) feeds back secondary measured voltage to a primary controller. A moving compensating circuit(15) recompenses a phase difference of the second side.
