The framework (1) has floor elements (50) placed perpendicular to reinforced concrete beams (30) and supported against the beams for covering a bay delimited by parallel and contiguous posts (10). A compression flagstone (40) is set on an assembly of the beams and the elements. Each post is surmounted by a capital (20) presenting a variable inertia section maximal at right of the post and decreasing on sides by the post. Thickness of a rectangular cross-section of the beams is lower than that of width. Opposite ends of the beams are set with respect to each other in the axis of the posts. An independent claim is also included for a method for realization of a concrete floor framework for parking levels.
