The assembly has a piezoelectric disc (11) including a fine ceramic plate (17) arranged on a metallic support disc (15). A primary contact zone (25) is formed on a periphery of the piezoelectric disc, and is applied directly against a conductive track of a plate of a printed circuit (9). A secondary contact zone (29) is formed between the ceramic plate and a closer contact part of the printed circuit plate. The secondary contact zone connects the ceramic plate and the printed circuit.
