PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a thermoplastic poly urethane foam film for high-frequency bonding and a thermoplastic poly urethane foam film manufactured by the same are provided to completely remove surface nonuniformity of a foaming TPU film and to reduce the weight of a TPU film over 20%. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a thermoplastic poly urethane foam film for high-frequency bonding using a T-die extruder comprises following steps. Thermoplastic poly urethane is foamed and the foamed thermoplastic poly urethane is extruded by the T-die extruder at a time so that the thermoplastic poly urethane foam film is manufactured.
