PURPOSE: A rotation power generator by gravity and fluid pressure and a water supplementation method are provided to generate electricity by continuously striking rotary blades at constant pressure using expandable bags. CONSTITUTION: A rotation power generator by gravity and fluid pressure comprises an opening/closing device actuator, expandable bags(70), a pressure suction opening/closing device(71), a pressure discharge opening/closing device(72), pressure supply pipes(15), a pressure junction pipe(16), a rotator(60) and a fluid circuit(30). The opening/closing device actuator has a loop inserted in an opening/closing device delay operating groove. The expandable bag comprises a cylindrical bag weight plumb inserted in the upper position of the cylinder. The pressure suction opening/closing device has an opening/closing device remote actuator with a pressure cut-off opening/closing diaphragm. The pressure supply pipe includes a pressure supply opening/closing device(22), the pressure suction opening/closing device and the pressure discharge opening/closing device which are connected in series. The pressure junction pipe connects in parallel the ends of the two pressure supply pipes. The rotator includes a rotational plate with a plurality of rotating vanes and a cylindrical rotator housing. The fluid circuit connects the pressure junction pipe to the rotator. |
