The device has a sealed circuit connecting two nostrils. A mechanical unit i.e. ventilator, generates movement of gas from the sealed circuit such that flow of gas administrated to one of two nostrils is identical to flow of sampled gas to other nostril, where the direction of flow of gas is opposite according to the treatment. An aerosol generator i.e. pneumatic nebulizer (16), is connected with the sealed circuit. A particle trap (26) is positioned on an aspiration circuit connecting the latter nostril to the mechanical unit that is provided with a compressor (17).
