PURPOSE: A method for providing a customized broadcasting service is provided to supply a customized IPTV broadcasting service including a personal preference advertisement using an IPTV profile, thereby enabling a user to use the customized IPTV broadcasting service anywhere and anytime. CONSTITUTION: User registration is performed according to a user terminal request. A customized real-time broadcasting program menu information file is offered to a registered user terminal(S520,S530). Information about real time broadcasting programs selected in a customized real time casting program menu information file is received(S540). A customized broadcasting program guide is generated through the information(S550). The generated guide is transmitted to the registered user terminal(S560).
