PURPOSE: An apparatus for mixing drugs of a conduit line of water supply facilities having a non-power propeller and a honeycomb structure is provided to efficiently mix raw water and the drug while maintaining diameters of an injection pipe, a mixer pipe, and an outlet pipe. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for mixing drugs of a conduit line of water supply facilities having a non-power propeller and a honeycomb structure comprises: a mixer tube(110) having a drug inlet(116); a drug injection pipe(120) in which one end is extended to the inner part of a mixer pipe; a non-power stirring part(130) which is installed on one end of the drug injection pipe and stirs the drug and raw water; and a honeycomb body(140) which is installed inside the mixer pipe and discharges vortex flow of mixed liquid to an outlet through a plurality of channels.
