The device (14) has a circulating unit (26) for circulating air in an air renewal circuit (16) i.e. ventilator. A main heat exchanger (28) is formed by burying a section of an air inlet conduit (18) of the circuit in a terrestrial basement (30) at a depth. The section is made of a heat conductive material, so that temperature of the air attains an underground temperature. The circuit has a secondary heat exchanger (34) controlled and arranged in a downstream of the section and exchanging heat between the air and an exchanging medium formed by a solar sensor.
