PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for preventing the curling of a bead assembly of a car tire are provided to prevent the curling of the bead assembly in which a pre-foamed apex member and the bead are attached by pre-foaming the apex member into a granular/curved shape. CONSTITUTION: A method for preventing the curling of a bead assembly of a car tire comprises the following steps: extruding an apex member(20) which is attached to the bead of the tire; pre-foaming the apex member into a granular/curved shape by supplying the extruded apex member to a guide member of a rotary drum(11); and maintaining the pre-foamed shape by cooling the pre-foamed apex member.
