Disclosed is an axle raising device for a vehicle, in particular for pneumatic-suspension vehicle axes, which comprises of a support element (2), a lifting element (4), and a lever element (6). The support element and the lever element can be coupled to one another by means of the lifting element in such a way that, when the lifting element is actuated, the support element is supported on a frame element (16) of the vehicle, and the lever element exerts a preferably vertical force on an axle link of the vehicle in order to raise the vehicle. The lever element is positionally fixed in relation to a distal end of the axle link and/or the frame element. The support element is rotatably or pivotably mounted on the lever element.
