METHOD FOR TORQUE REDUCTION OF HYBRID ELECTRIC VEHICLE

PURPOSE: A method for reducing torque of a hybrid vehicle is provided to prevent problems of asynchronous power sources when performing the torque reduction using a single power source in shift and TCS control. CONSTITUTION: A method for reducing torque of a hybrid vehicle comprises the following steps: deciding a clutch condition when a torque reduction signal is inputted from TCU(1) or TCS ECU(2); reducing the torque using a motor while referencing the torque reduction signal of the TCU or the TCS ECU; and performing the torque reduction when the clutch is not opened and the torque reduction signal is smaller than a modulus of transmission target input torque.
