FREQUENCY MIXER

PURPOSE: A frequency mixer is provided to reduce the power consumption by configuring the core circuit of the frequency mixer with an inverter in order to reduce the input size of local oscillator(LO) signal. CONSTITUTION: A transfer conductance unit(202) includes a transistor. A core circuit(204) is connected to one end of the transistor. A load unit(206) is connected between the other end of the transistor and a power voltage end. Intermediate frequency(IF) signal which is generated by mixing RF signal from the transfer conductance unit and oscillating signal from the core circuit is output through the load unit. The core circuit is composed of an inverter.
