Acid milk beverage comprising polydextrose and a glucide, and process for its preparation

Disclosed is an acid milk beverage comprising polydextrose and at least one glucide selected from glucose, fructose, sugar, trehalose, maltose, erythritol, sorbitol, xylitol, maltitol, lactitol, palatinose and galactooligosaccharide, wherein the total amount of polydextrose and glucide is 12.0-17.0% by mass and the beverage contains substantially no thickening stabilizer. Also disclosed is a process for producing the above beverage.
