PURPOSE: A water sampler of a water supply drainage facility using an elastic creases pipe is provided to smoothly process the operation of opening/closing a cover regardless of foreign materials in the drain pit inside due to elasticity of an elastic creases pipe which is combined between the other ends of an L-shaped water tube sampler. CONSTITUTION: A water sampler(100) of a water supply drainage facility using an elastic creases pipe comprises: a body portion(110) which is fixed to the end part of a drain pipe(18c); a cover(120) which blocks the other end of the body portion and is opened by water pressure which is greater than the weight; an elastic creases pipe(130) which is interlinked with the internal space of the body portion and is fixed to one end of the cover; and an L-shaped water tube sample(140) which is connected to the other end of the elastic creases pipe.
