PURPOSE: A drag adjusting device of a dual-bearing reel is provided to easily change a rotating range of a drag operation member to a desired range by forming a drag fluctuation member controlling fluctuation of the drag operation member. CONSTITUTION: A drag adjusting device of a dual-bearing reel comprises a drag operation member(2) on a lever state, which is mounted around a spool shaft of a spool between a minimum drag state and a maximum drag state of a drag device about a reel main body, and a drag fluctuation restriction member(70) controlling fluctuation of the drag operation member.
