A system and a method for managing filling up money of an affiliated card are provided to enable an affiliated card issuing institution to reduce time needed for issuing an affiliated card of a plurality of card companies by accepting a mode of renting a fixed amount of card numbers through an en-block system or real-time system. A system and a method for managing filling up money of an affiliated card comprise the following steps. A filling up money confirming unit confirms information about the filling up money corresponding to information about affiliated card use limit provided from an affiliated institution. A filling up money depositing unit deposits the confirmed filling up money in a filling up money account of the card company. Use limit amount information of the affiliated card is confirmed whether the amount is adjusted upwards or not. A filling up money confirming unit confirms filling up money information corresponding to the upwards-adjusted use limit amount information. |
