The equipment is characterised in that it comprises: first transfer means including a housing (4) connected to said tray (2) by a duct (5), said housing (4) including means for drawing by suction the mass of meat contained in the tray (2); second transfer means capable of transferring the mass of meat contained in the housing (4) selectively into any of the churns or mixers (3). |
