The process comprises casting a mixture comprising a binder and a filler, drying the mixture for 12-48 hours, and obtaining a rough surface by grinding. The binder has a hardness less than that of the charge. The mixture is poured on a thickness of 1-5 mm. The grinding unit comprises a grinder with a diamond having a diameter of 0.5 mm, is a disk having a diameter of 150-200 mm, and has a rotational speed of 6000-7000 rotation/minute.
